Free School Meal Provision During Closure

From Monday 20th April we will begin using the government’s Free School Meal Voucher Distribution Scheme. This replaces our current weekly food pack scheme for entitled families. We believe that these vouchers will provide families with a greater flexibility of food choice to meet the needs of their children during this period.

Families entitled to free school meals will receive a £15 grocery voucher per child every week, term time only.

If you think your child may qualify for free school meals please contact the school or register here

Free School Meal Vouchers - FAQs

The below document contains full guidance on how to exchange your Free School Meals eCode for a eGift card with the supermarket of your choice.

Section 14 shows which supermarkets allow the eGift cards to be redeemed online and which do not.

Section 15 explains what to do if think you have not received your eCode or eGift card.

Please be aware that, due to the number of eCodes being processed across the country there may be a delay of between 24 and 36 hours for eGift cards to be sent by your selected supermarket.

If you have requested for your voucher to be posted or available for collection from school, we have processed your eCode for you and you will receive a eGift card for the supermarket you requested.

If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
