EMAIL SCAM - Please be aware!

We have been made aware of an email scam targeting families in the north of England during school closures due to the coronavirus. Our schools, ELAN or the local authority will never email you to ask for your bank details in order to support you with financial aid or free school meals money. This is a scam!

We have seen how convincing these emails can be and how we are all facing potentially difficult times but please be vigilant and protect yourself. You may be able to report it through your email provider. Otherwise please just press delete.
